The unique cushioning also insulates the training mat on cold surfaces, making it feel particularly warm. The skin-friendly surface structure is hygienic and dirt-repellent. With a mat thickness of 1.5 cm, there is no risk of bottoming out even under point loads. Both sides of the mat are ribbed, and rolling in and out can be done at any time without annoying corners.
