Like the big brother: The Carapax JR. is inspired by the adult model and promises optimal protection in the terrain for all young mountain bikers. Its lightweight design, maximum head coverage, and extensive list of features provide an excellent price-performance ratio.

The low weight is achieved through Inmold manufacturing, where the outer shell is thermally bonded with Hi-EPS. This results in a solid surface connection that contributes to a very stable construction. The lower edge of the helmet is protected by an additional polycarbonate shell, Edge Protect. Additionally, the back and temple areas are extended downward for maximum safety on rough trails, creating even greater head coverage.

Large ventilation openings ensure optimal airflow, while insect mesh keeps bugs away from the head, and the visor provides extra protection in the field of vision. With the Run System Classic, combined with the height-adjustable Custom Fit, the bike helmet can be adjusted to fit the head. Optionally, the Carapax JR. can be equipped with the Multi-Fit Light rear light for improved visibility.
