Product details

The Easton EC70 AX handlebar made of carbon features a 16° flare and weighs only 220 g (42 cm width), making it ideal for gravel use. In comparison, other handlebars with the proven MCD shape (Maximum Contact Design) only have a 4° outward curve. So why 16° here? Easton has determined, based on rider feedback and extensive testing, that 16 degrees provides a perfect balance between maximum flare and efficient access to the shift and brake levers on both the top and bottom of the handlebar.
