The Octal X Mips is a further development of the Octal road helmet and has been tailored to the needs of gravel and cyclocross riders. With an extended shell that covers more of the helmet shell compared to the Octal, the Octal X Mips benefits from improved strength properties at a very low weight. Shared features with the Octal include extreme ventilation, aerodynamic efficiency, a unibody shell construction and EPS liner, as well as proven aramid bridge technology for added strength and penetration protection. All these features are part of the holistic approach to design and construction to maximise comfort, fit and performance.
