Yes, it is perfect for all applications. For concrete I still recommend Bosch Professional drills with 4 cutting edges.

No, the insert tool does not need to be lubricated, but it should be kept clean, i.e. wiped/cleaned from time to time. I like to do this with Ballistol Universal Oil (also available at Galaxus). The stuff cleans, lubricates and you can throw the cleaning rag into the rubbish.

I think that was all. You don't need anything else. I recommend ordering the Bosch professional SDS plus-7X (with 4 cutters and 4 spirals stat 2) as well.
My order came with an "L-BOXX with additional handle", which are also listed as "included in delivery" on the Bosch website.
