According to the supplier, all Gardena smart devices can be integrated into the Gardena smart app.
So you can also control multiple areas with the original products and operate them in one app.
Hi, it uses the bigger one. I think an adapter was even available in the set, but you need a wider pipe which I had to buy for 12chf). It may be a problem if you want to unplug it and connect your old pipe as you always need adapters). But apart of this the set works great (have been using it since 3 months now)

3 water sensors. As far as the maximum number of devices to be integrated is concerned, I can't help you either.
