Plaster plane No 4. Standard plaster plane - suitable for universal use. Handle and knob made of cherry wood (FSC-certified). Adjustment screws made of solid brass. Sole and frog cast in one piece. Sole machined. Plane body made of ductile cast iron. Adjustable plane mouth. Blade made of high quality A2 steel - resistant to cutting edge chipping. Plane iron 4.7 mm thick - no fluttering when planing over e.g. branches. High running smoothness.
