VSM fibre disc, XF733, Ø 125 x 22 mm, grain 80

This disc features a vulcanised fibre backing with a full synthetic resin bond and a half-open coating. It is made with ceramic grain abrasive that has a self-sharpening effect, allowing for aggressive grinding, a very high material removal rate, and a long service life. While the abrasive can clog easily, especially on non-ferrous metals, the STEARAT+ additive layer on this fibre disc significantly reduces the adhesion of material to the abrasive grain. It is ideally suited for unalloyed steels, aluminium, and non-ferrous metals with medium to high contact pressure. Additionally, it can be used on wood, lacquer, and composite materials. Designed for use on hand-held angle grinders.
