Sorry, that's taken care of. The official Philips website (www.philips.ch/content/B2C/de_CH/aktionen/mundpflegeset-grat...) lists the product families that are eligible. There are no children's toothbrushes listed. However, in the separate file with all eligible models, the above-mentioned model is included. Sorry, misinformation on my part.
According to the information we have from the manufacturer, this product is included in the corresponding promotion. Where did you get the information that this should not be the case?
