Exceptionally lightweight, wind-resistant, and water-repellent – Brenta, our down-insulated jacket with a hood. The lightweight yet durable outer material made of matte-shiny nylon is additionally treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish. The lining is made of silky soft down-proof taffeta.

The main fabric of the jacket is a 70-den Powertex Responsive 3-layer laminate with a Responsive coating that contains special thermoreactive minerals that recycle the far-infrared energy emitted by your body, keeping you warm for longer. Where lightness is more important than durability, the 20-den version of the standard 3-layer Powertex fabric is used. Both fabrics are highly waterproof and breathable, ensuring you don’t sweat during ascents. The Pedroc TirolWool® Responsive Jacket is a lightweight, warm, and breathable jacket designed for quick movements in cold conditions. Made from TirolWool® Responsive, our proprietary hybrid technology insulation made from wool, it ensures the perfect balance of insulation performance and breathability. TirolWool® Responsive combines the natural advantages of wool from Tyrolean mountain sheep, which have a high lanolin content, with cutting-edge temperature-regulating technology. The wool keeps you warm even when wet, supports body temperature regulation, and inhibits odor formation. Responsive is a patented blend of thermoreactive minerals that are pulverized and melted into a resin, which is then incorporated into the core of recycled polyester fibers.
