Hello, The telescope in question is a smart telescope, which works well in vertical alignment. However, there is now an EQ mode, i.e. equatorial alignment, which improves the image quality. To do this, the approx. 3.5 kg telescope must be aligned at an angle of approx. 45° towards Polaris. I am therefore looking for a tripod with a 3/8" thread, stable enough to support the deflected centre of gravity and a suitable head (2-way), possibly with a levelling adapter. Can anyone recommend a combination that remains financially within the hobby range? Thank you.

Hello everyone I have bought a new 24-105mm lens and am fond of the DJI RS 4 Mini Combo gimbal. In the product description it is stated that optimal taring is achieved with a 27-70mm lens. Do any of you have experience with a larger/heavier lens? Thanks for your help.

I'm currently in the process of setting up my own business and producing interviews, employer branding videos and various other video formats for clients. For this, I need a powerful continuous light that is dimmable and can be flexibly adapted to different filming situations. It is particularly important that it has enough power for demanding scenarios, such as in-the-window shots. A videographer recommended the Godox VL150 to me, but at 150W it seems a little too weak. At the agency, we worked with the Nanlite Forza 300B, which was usable, but still reached its limits in some situations. I am therefore looking for an even more powerful alternative. Does anyone have any recommendations for a continuous light that offers enough power for professional productions, is dimmable and is also suitable for high-contrast scenes with backlighting? I am blind and find it difficult to hold the smartphone steady when photographing A4 sheets of paper and QR codes. What kind of tripod do I need to scan documents efficiently with my smartphone? The scanning process: 1. I place the tripod on the table or quickly assemble it from a few parts. 2. i set the tripod to a certain height, e.g. by moving the tray on which the smartphone is placed up or down. i can determine how high it should be using a brand. 3. i now place the smartphone on the shelf above a hole and take a photo of the document lying on the plate below or on the table. I don't need a swivelling or tilting tripod, it should only take pictures downwards. LED lighting might be useful if I'm sitting in the dark and there's no flash in the app. Many thanks for your help
