Through direct connection between sender and receiver, celexon has demonstrated in its own tests the full bandwidth transmission of 18 Gbps even at cable lengths of 7.5m and 10m.

To ensure a secure connection of the full bandwidth required for transmitting images with 4K HDR and 10-bit color depth (3840 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hertz with a color subsampling of 4:4:4), celexon recommends using active or optical HDMI cables for lengths starting from 7.5m.

The additional Ethernet channel allows the connection of internet-capable AV components to the home network using only an HDMI cable. Therefore, it is sufficient for the television to be connected to the network via cable. The AV receiver or Blu-ray player will then receive the network signal through the HDMI cable along with the actual video signal. This eliminates the need for a network switch and additional cables.
