If you buy a device from Digitec and it does not have a plug that fits into Swiss sockets, simply complain to customer service. It's nice of you to point out the right cable. But why should you buy something yourself just to iron out a mistake made by Digitec at your own expense ;-) -----8<------------------8<------------------8<------ Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the device comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

I haven't tried this as I don't have a SIM card "dongle" (USB modem), but I doubt it would work. At least I haven't read anywhere that it would work, I think the USB ports are more for printer connection or something like that. Maybe buy a 5g router? (Be careful with the term "5G" because there is a risk of confusion with 5 Gigabit Ethernet port? maybe search with the term LTE router or similar). Here is an example: TP-Link TL-MR6400 (Link is only an example, but I don't like this brand very much, you can consider different products from different manufacturers and then choose the model that best suits your needs. What do you want to do, what is important to you?)

Well, I once had the "same" problem - in my case it was the firewall or my protection software. You can deactivate this briefly and test whether you can then "apply"(save). Hope it works LG

Yes. If you want to use the UPC box just as a modem and use the ASUS router as your WiFi router, you can do this: - Connect the WAN port of the ASUS router to one of the LAN ports of the UPC box (any of the ports 1~4 would work) - Configure the ASUS router in the "AP mode" - Set any configuration needed for the WiFi on the ASUS router - Disable WiFi on the UPC box After these, you can use the ASUS router for WiFi without any issue. For a wired connection, you can connect either to the ASUS router or UPC as with this configuration, from the LAN point of view the ASUS router will act like a network switch.

Digitec works with daily prices. The price of the product has skyrocketed in practically every shop. Presumably this has something to do with "chip shortage" (thank you Pandemic -.-) or perhaps also with the ship in the Suez Canal. The suppliers then adjust their prices upwards - and the shops follow suit... Take a look at the graph at Toppreise: on 17.02.2021 the prices have gone up - at every shop...

Now this is more of a general answer from someone who doesn't have much more of an idea but Usually you connect your new router to your old one from Sunrise. (probably a modem/router combo device) then put your Sunrise device into "bridge mode". This means that your Sunrise device is then only a modem. Attention: With some providers Ip6 does not work anymore. Why?... well... I haven't heard any good reasons yet.
