The first picture does not match the product. 2 buttons are missing (other model)( please take into account!)

I don't have some buttons on my headset. It looks like another one, but this is the one I ordered. Have I done something wrong, or is there anyone else who has the same problem?

Is it the 2019 Cage or the 2020 Cage? No info here, and the pictures are mixed. I ordered it because I thought it was the latest one. But now I am totally confused.

Great headphones for the money. Unfortunately, after 4 days I got caught on the cable and bent it at a right angle directly in the socket. Now it's unusable because it broke right off after I pulled it out of the socket. Luckily I had an old Teufel headphone, different design, 4 years old, from which I could use the cable. Without such a special Teufel cable, operation is not possible. The direct and long call to the very obliging Teufel team resulted in the cable being replaced without any problems... but unfortunately I bought it from Digitec and not from Teufel directly, so there is no suport from them. I can buy cables from them, they are available as replacements, but they are not listed on the website. The replacement ear cups are, they are also available from Digitec. And now what? Please contact customer service and they will help you? Right?! (How about, and not censoring again because of important criticism, if you would boycott such things. Every MIst company does it now, everything is specially made. Batteries. Exactly the same performance, only here and there a slot or a nub more. Headphones the same, no extra cable fits, none. The part was specially moulded directly onto the jack plug, even the metal attachment is not present. Not even with files would it work. A transition would be sugar, of course. A special connector, angled to fit any kind of jack plug. But that's exactly what you don't want, because the headphones change like warm rolls at the bakery. Not even the devil's support can keep up, I've experienced it myself. That's where you, as a big seller, are asked to simply send these things back and say, together with others, no, adapt this, it doesn't exist, we don't sell it. It's better to throw away millions, but collect CO2 taxes and allow such ecological nonsense. This does not only apply to Digitec, all companies that participate in this are addressed).

Is the Cage also capable of native 7.1 surround on the PC if, for example, a game has a sound output of 7.1? Or does the surround only work with the virtual 7.1 conversion?

Worst headset I ever had.... The mic never worked, the headphones only partially worked.... I don't recommend buying it... It's way too expensive for only half working. Why do you have products like this here?
