I briefly tested another suspicion: - Jack connection is stereo only - When the jack is plugged in, no sound is transmitted via Bluetooth. - However, the Bluetooth connection is still established with the jack plugged in. --> The headset can be connected via cable as stereo headphones and the microphone can be transmitted via Bluetooth at the same time. (Connection via Bluetooth should, however, be established before the cable connection, otherwise indications such as "Power On/Off" or "Pairing" will not be audible). Hope this helps. :-D

Not sure what you did but I use mine between 60-100 hours a week and the battery is fine. Looks like you used a bad charger. Officially battery can’t be replaced so you’ll need some skill and order a offbrand battery

Hello Well, I can't describe my headphones as very quiet. It's a normal volume, but not extremely loud. Check your settings: 1. set the volume on your playback device (mobile phone, tablet) to maximum. 2. set the volume + on the headphones to maximum. 2. press the volume + button on the headphones until you hear a small beep. Then the maximum volume is reached. (On the headphones, the lowest key = louder, the highest key = quieter) . (is not logical) If your headphones are still very quiet with these settings, there may be a defect. Greetings, neptun88

Hoi, I ordered them (also in terms of price) half a year ago from a friend at the German Amazon and had them brought along. Otherwise, write to the manufacturer. With my Jabbras, they were able to tell me about a suitable successor model from which the replacement pads fitted mine. Good luck!

I know and use the headphones, mostly with ANC. For the price, incredibly good and versatile. I have NEVER experienced the problem you describe. I would report the obvious damage to Digitec - should be replaced without a problem.

Not sure which model you talk about exactly. This one has manufacturer no. 28879. Microspot usually tries to undercut all other retailers that are on the price comparison site, even if it's just by 0.10 or 1.00 CHF. So you might wanna ask them, how they are doing it. PS: I also need a coffee break with actual coffee once in a while. Every little bit helps. So please think about where you buy and who you actually wanna support. ;-)

Hello, To turn it on, you have to long click on the middle button (play-pause) of the headset on the right (R) Then to pair, the only way I found to do it is to click even longer on the same button WHILE THE HEADSET IS OFF. So if you can't pair (the light flashes blue-red) turn the headset off and try again.

I have got into the habit of always switching on the Bluetooth on the smartphone first and only then starting the headphones. The other way round, pairing only works very hesitantly for me. To pair the headphones, simply keep the "Play" button pressed when you switch on the headphones. This takes about 2 seconds after the headphones have reported "Power on" and is confirmed with "Pairing". You should then be able to connect to the smartphone.

The oE400 connects without any problems to my iPad mini2 with iOS 12.0.1. After Bluetooth is switched on on the iPad, press the middle button on the headphones for a few seconds until you hear the voice "Power On". But you have probably done that too. The procedure is exactly the same on the iPhone.

I had a similar problem. I was able to connect the headphones to the phone once and it worked. Once the connection was interrupted, I could not re-establish it. The headphones could not be put back into pairing mode either. I had the device replaced under warranty. The replacement has been working perfectly ever since.
