Yes, but only by means of a camera, so it's relatively insecure (easily crackable with a photo of you, for example).
I wouldn't advise you to buy the Redmi Note 9 Pro anyway, as its successor, the Redmi Note 10, is available for only 7 francs more (229 francs here on Digitec). And this surcharge is definitely worth it!
