Wind tunnel vents combine with deep air channels in the EPS helmet shell to create amazing airflow, keeping heat out even on long, strenuous rides. MIPS Spherical is the evolution of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection system. Manufactured in the typical Giro design, the two layers of EPP foam in two degrees of hardness act as a joint that can move a few millimeters in each direction, effectively reducing rotational energy at certain impact angles.
