EVENTUS by EXACT Thread Cutting Set STM15 HSS - 49-piece in a robust steel case. Tolerances 2B / 6H = ISO2 standard thread connection.
Technical Information: Hand taps are profile-ground and back-ground, made from HSS, available in various quality levels depending on requirements.
No. 1 Pre-cutter: 6 - 8 thread engagement
No. 2 Intermediate cutter: 4 - 5 thread engagement
No. 3 Finishing cutter: 2 - 3 thread engagement
Technical Information - Taps: We supply taps in pre-slit (closed) design. They are suitable for general use, e.g., for steels up to 900 N/mm².
Technical Information - HSS-R Twist Drills: These high-performance, roll-forged twist drills made from high-speed steel offer increased break resistance due to the roll-forging manufacturing process, which hardens the material.
Tap guides: Used to assist in cutting external threads. The guide is inserted together with the tap into the tap holder.
