With an integrated smoke detector control panel and electromechanical hold-open device for TS 98 XEA in XEA design, the correct sequence for closing double-leaf doors is ensured. It allows for precise holding of fire and smoke protection doors, completely independent of other systems, and can be monitored and controlled. Note: The hold-open point is also the maximum door opening angle; door stops should be used. In case of an alarm or power failure, the hold-open function is released, and the door is closed by the door closer. The control is carried out via the integrated smoke detector control panel. The adjustable release force (tool-free) allows for easy manual activation of the hold-open function. Connection options for additional detectors and external manual release, as well as a potential-free alarm contact, are also available. Installation on the hinge side. For particularly large and heavy doors (over 1250 mm) or doors where the hold-open point should be over 130°, we recommend using EM adhesive magnets instead of the electromechanical hold-open device.
