The fischer ceiling nail FDN II is a through-anchor made of galvanized steel. The FDN II is approved for multiple anchoring of non-load-bearing systems in concrete. It is ideal for anchoring wire and nonius hangers for suspended ceilings, ventilation ducts, and metal profiles in cracked concrete. The European Technical Assessment and fire suitability according to fire resistance class R 120 provide an added level of safety. The ceiling nail is time-savingly installed using through-mounting and is driven into the drill hole with a hammer.

Advantages: The simple operating principle allows for economical impact installation. The shallow embedment depth of the FDN II K enables a time- and effort-saving installation with just a few hammer blows and prevents reinforcement strikes. The flush-mounted expansion nail indicates the complete expansion of the anchor, ensuring minimal displacement under load. The fischer FDN II may also be installed without cleaning the drill hole after approval. For this, the drill hole depth must be increased by 5 mm. The head marking allows for easy verification of the anchoring, thus saving time.

Building materials: Approved for concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked, for use as multiple fastening of non-load-bearing systems. Also suitable for concrete C12/15 and natural stone with a dense structure.

Functionality: The FDN II is suitable for through-mounting. Drive the ceiling nail FDN II into the drill hole with a hammer until it is fully seated. Do not strike the expansion wedge yet. Then drive the expansion wedge flush to the nail head. This will expand the FDN II and tension it against the drill hole wall.
