Product details
The Fischer UltraCut FBS II is the concrete screw designed for maximum installation comfort. Its special sawtooth geometry allows for quick penetration into the concrete. No hole cleaning is necessary when installing in ceilings or floors. Thanks to national approval, multiple uses for temporary anchoring, such as in formwork construction, are regulated. For mounting the wall screw, a tangential impact driver with a suitable socket or a special TX bit is recommended. The concrete screw is ideal for securing railings, impact protection, brackets, or formwork supports.
Advantages: Maximum flexibility in load and component thickness due to up to three approved screw-in depths. The special sawtooth geometry enables quick penetration into the concrete. For vertical installations (in ceilings and floors) and when using hollow drills, hole cleaning is not required. When drilling into the ground, the hole must be drilled three times deeper than the drill diameter. The expansion-free anchoring (undercut) ensures minimal edge and axis distances. The ETA assessment covers applications in cracked concrete as well as seismic performance categories C1 and C2. The approval-compliant adjustment allows the concrete screw to be loosened twice, enabling the component to be shimmed and/or aligned. National approval regulates multiple uses for temporary anchoring (e.g., formwork construction).
Applications: Railings, brackets/foundation plates, metal profiles, reinforcement of bridges, renovation of dilapidated or old buildings, renovation of parking garages.
Building materials: Approved for concrete C20/25 to C50/60, both cracked and uncracked. Reinforcement of existing concrete structures. Also suitable for: Concrete C12/15, solid building materials, masonry with dense structure.
Functionality: The UltraCut FBS II is suitable for through-mounting. When installed in ceilings and floors or when using hollow drills, hole cleaning is not required.
