The expansion arms then fold out and press against the back of the panel. Alternatively, installation with a screwdriver or cordless drill is also possible. Functionality: The hollow wall metal anchor HM is suitable for pre-assembly. The choice of anchor should match the thickness of the panel building material to optimally facilitate expansion in the hollow space. During installation, the expansion arms fold out and press against the back of the panel. The HM can be installed with the mounting pliers. When using a cordless drill or screwdriver, the pre-assembled screw must first be removed. To screw in and expand the anchor, the attachment or a supporting object (max. 6 mm) should be used simultaneously as a rotation prevention device.
