Product details
The Fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a steel anchor designed for economical fixings in uncracked concrete. Thanks to its long thread and two anchoring depths, the Fischer bolt anchor FBN II is particularly versatile. In addition to pre-assembly and through-assembly, the bolt anchor is also suitable for spacing assembly. The version made of galvanically galvanized steel is suitable for railings, cable trays, and brackets in indoor areas.
Advantages: The standard anchoring depth achieves maximum load capacities. This means fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required. The reduced anchoring depth decreases the drilling depth, which reduces installation effort and increases flexibility. The long thread allows for compensation of component tolerances and spacing assemblies, thus enhancing flexibility. A few hammer strikes and minimal tightening slip ensure noticeably easy assembly. The impact pin protects the thread from damage and allows for time-saving mounting and dismounting of the attachment.
Applications: Steel constructions, railings, brackets, ladders, cable trays, machines, stairs, gates, facades.
Approved for: Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, uncracked. Also suitable for: Concrete C12/15, natural stone with a dense structure.
Functionality: The FBN II is suitable for pre-assembly and through-assembly and conditionally for spacing assembly. Before installation, position the hex nut optimally (the impact pin protrudes about 3 mm from the hex nut). When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and tensions it against the borehole wall. The head marking allows for easy verification of the anchoring. For series assembly, we recommend using the bolt anchor setting tool FABS.
