Create a drill hole the size of the dowel diameter. Drill in hollow blocks and drywall without impact in rotary mode to prevent breaking the ribs in the hollow block. The drill hole in drywall should be made with a wood or metal drill bit. Drill with impact in concrete and solid stone. Minimum screw length = dowel length + thickness of the attachment + 1x screw diameter. Pre-assembly and through-mounting are possible.

The specified holding values refer to screws with the largest screw diameter. Thread formation similar to DIN 7998. The anchoring depth of the dowel must be maintained. Drilling method and hole cleaning must be adapted to the building material. The recommended loads apply to mounting in the building material, not for mounting in joints. Approved dowels must be used for safety-relevant fastenings. For items with an included screw, any differing values on the packaging must be observed. The holding value applies to fastening in aerated concrete PP4.
